Local Law 11-FISP

Need a building facade inspection? See why we’re New York’s preferred vendor for facade inspection and repair.

Local Law 11 NYC

Local Law 10 required that facades of buildings more than six stories had to be inspected by a certified engineer or architect every five years.

Local Law 11 requires that all the facades on a building have to be inspected, not just the front.

Not all facade restoration contractors are the same. If you’re a building owner of a structure six stories or more, you’ll need to call on a company that has a special rigger license. A rigger license allows a contractor to drive the scaffold for the engineer who completes an inspection in accordance with Local Law 11.

As a certified rigger contractor, we can also take pictures for the engineer based on his/her requests. And when you partner with Continental Building Contractors for your facade inspection, you’ll receive the added value of best pricing for all repair work.

We have 30 years experience with New York building facade inspections. Call on the experts for Local Law 11 compliance and restoration services.
